DEAR VALUED CUSTOMER,
We are putting up this notice to make you aware of a serious matter that has been brought to our attention.
We are aware that there have been recent attempts to impersonate INSPECTION over email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn communication.
These communications often start with being friendly and trying to achieve confidence by providing few details of previously performed projects.
This practice is known as Phishing. Phishing is the act of sending an email to a user while falsely claiming to be an established, legitimate enterprise in an attempt to scam the user into surrendering private information that will be used for identity theft.
INSPECTION would like our customers to know that we would NEVER ask for payment, submit Invoices or account numbers from personal emails or through WhatsApp and our communication is always through corporate email addresses (name.surname@inspection.com.tr).
If you ever receive an e-mail or a message allegedly from INSPECTION asking for this type of information, you should NOT RESPOND to it and notify us immediately. Do not open any attachments or click on any links within the email as they may be compromised.
Notify us by email at fraud.reporting@inspection.com.tr
Please also take a few minutes to review our Privacy Policy and Code of Ethics.
Thank you for your time.
INSPECTION Team
